Characterisation Plans

The reclamation of contaminated areas is increasingly successful, both in its contribution to the improvement of the quality of urban life and to the development of investment strategies.

ECOMAG provides a systematic analysis specifically aimed at the preparation of the Characterization Plan, as set forth by the Legislative Decree 152/06.

The service is orientated towards the identification, in accordance with the strategies and Client’s needs, of the most suitable reclamation technology for sustainable costs and pre feasibility studies supporting the preliminary urban plan through a realistic identification of the development of the area.

Phases

  • Preliminary project and specifications of the property;
  • Notifications and Relations with the competent authorities (ARPA, ASL);
  • Identification of the best technology, costs and times;
  • Identification of any tax relief, loans, adequate financial tools in order to support the project.

  • Specifications of the site;
  • Preliminary Concept Model;
  • Investigation Plan.

Final Output

  • Environmental Characterisation Plan in compliance with current regulations Legislative Decree 152/06
