Certifications
On 1st February 2006, SQS, the Swiss Certification Body issued to Ecomag the Certification of Quality Management System in accordance with the Standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 for “Environmental Advisory and Advisory services for Risk, Health and Safety Analysis”.
ECOMAG, in compliance with the Group policy, sets its commitment and quality objectives by aiming above all at the total Customer Satisfaction through targeted design of the Consultancy service in line with the specific requirements and by dedicating all resources necessary for the achievement of the global quality.
In particular, ECOMAG:
- requires its employees to comply with the Group’s national and international Code of Conduct, as a guarantee of their personal and professional ethics
- promotes initiatives aimed at increasing the awareness, motivation and involvement of ECOMAG personnel
- helps its Clients identify their specific needs, whether expressed or implied, and assists them in order to develop customised solutions and new approaches
- prepares regular assessments of its own reference market and of its own competitors
- programme with its suppliers relationships and collaboration
- surveys and analyses the degree of satisfaction with the service rendered, in order to verify performances and identify areas for improvement
- employs suitable methodologies to measure the objectives
