Through the incorporation of the specialist know–how and long experience of Reag Property Services, Ecomag, and ECQC, REAG Tekna offers a complete range of technical and specialist competences to reply to all phases of real estate, industrial and energy processes, and services in public and private sectors.

Founded in Milwaukee in 1896, American Appraisal is the largest independent company in the world operating in the field of asset evaluation and consultancy. With 60 offices in five continents, it represents an important point of reference in international strategic consultancy in all sectors.

American Appraisal Holding S.p.A. has represented AA in Italy since 1967. Its mission is to coordinate the four Group companies by establishing their strategies.

American Appraisal Italia concentrates its competences in asset evaluation services, with special emphasis on preliminary estimates for insurance purposes.

REAG for loans is the REAG controlled company supplying integrating real estate services applying to institutional investors and banks, both regarding Corporate and Retail Loans and Non Performing Loans (NPL). REAG 4 loans offers to the Clients a high quality value proposition, pursuant to Basel II protocols and the International Valuation Standards (I.V.S) , through a completely computerized work–flow with dedicated web platform, a widespread technician network and European offices under continue development.

Service Stations & Automotive

Service Stations & Automotive is a company completely controlled by REAG and specialised in the complex, specific sector of fuel and automotive retail. The service is addressed to operators dealing in fuel distribution and accessory commodities (refreshment & shopping, spare parts and assistance to motorists, dealers, retail chains, motorway concessionary companies, infrastructural investment funds), by supporting them in the development and management of their POS networks (service stations, supply chains, shopping centres, logistic or technological parks).
